Step 1. Don’t eat all the time!

No matter how tempting it is to walk into the kitchen and open the fridge every time you pass by it, don’t’ do it! Yes, I am guilty of this too, when I’m bored I just end up eating. However, it’s essential to stay healthy and find another form of motivation.

Step 2. Find a doable hobby that gets you excited.
